                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM MRS. RICHARD H. ELKINS,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 141.2, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,800.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Mrs. Richard H. Elkins, 
relative
       to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No.
       141.2, for a consideration of $1,800.00.
